We provide services in the area of the administration of deceased estates, starting from reporting the estate with the Master of the High Court, Letters of Executorship, advertising of estates, drafting liquidation and distribution accounts, winding up of estates and distribution thereof.
We are in association with Notaries and Conveyancers and as such we administer the estates until the property is ultimately transferred and or sold in pursuance of the executors mandate and the Masters directive.

We litigate against organs of state particularly the Road Accident Fund, Minister of Police and the Minister of Health. We have litigated against the Minister of Health for medical negligence as well as medical malpractice.
Our experience in civil litigation starts from letters of demand, summons, pleadings up to trail and judgment as well as negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. It should be mentioned that our Director acted s a Litigation Director for the City of Johannesburg Municipality who was responsible for the overall litigation for and against the City and for various litigation issues involving different Departments of the City. He was responsible for liasing with external Attorneys, instructing Attorneys and Advocates including Senior Counsels. He would attend to consultations and be involved in the preparationsof pleadings from start to end.
Our firm possesses sound expertise and experience in the field of Labour Law and Employment Law. We have represented clients in disputes arising from insubordination, mal-performance of employment duties as well as breach of contract. We have also represented clients in cases involving unfair dismissal, contructive dismissal, suspensions and representing clients in disciplinary hearings, appeals, bargaining council including the Labour Court. We are also experienced in presenting and presiding on labour related cases.
We have considerate experience in drafting charge sheets for internal disciplinary hearings, drafting of legal opinions on labour matters and drafting employment contracts. We also have experience in drafting employee codes and other Human Resources policies.
We consider oursleves as a specialist in public sector procurement law. Our Director has considerable experience in supply chain management processes and policies in the public sector. He has sat on bid specifications and bid evaluations of small, medium and large tenders for the Municipality and has provided legal advice and legal opinions on supply chain management processes. Our Director has ratified reports on SCM Policies and processes. He has provided legal advise to the BID adjudication committee of the City of Johannesburg. The Director was involved in Litigation involving Procurement on cases against the City of Johannesburg. He was involved in tenders like the appointment of Telkom by the City of Johannesburg, the appointment of MTN by the City of Johannesburg as well as the appointment of Evaluations Enhanced Properties PTY (LTD). The Director was responsible for giving Legal advise and opinion to the City Manager, Executive Mayor and various Council Committees.

We are experienced in the drafting and vetting of complex commercial contracts in that we have prepared and drafted a contract for the provision of cellular phones, airtime and data on behalf of the City of Johannesburg for Telkom, MTN, Evaluations and various other service legal agreements with Service Providers. We are further experienced in negotiating complex commercial contracts as well as ordinary contracts.
Our firm has experience in administrative and constitutional law in that our Director was involved, amongst others, in the case of the City of Johannesburg valuations Appeal Board and Administrative Law case that ended up at the Constitutional Court. The Director was also involved in the case of Metropol PTY(LTD) against the City of Johannesburg which matter ended also at the Constitutional Court. The Director was also involved in the case of Waterval Islamic Institute against the City of Johannesburg and was quoted in that judgement as a diligent Municipal Official. All the cases mentioned above involved exercise of Administrative power and has constitutional considerations that had to be decided upon by the Constitutional Court.
Our firm has a sound knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act and its regulations thereto and will endeavour to provide best possible legal advisory services with regard to consumer protection. We also have knowledge on the National Credit Act and its Regulations and provide legal assistance to clients on matters pertaining to debt review and credit bureaus.
