About Us
Sago is the founder and Managing Director of Sago BC Attorneys Incorporated. He is a BPROC and LLB Graduate from the University of UKZN (Westville) and served his Articles of Clerkship at Legal Aid Board (Soweto) from January 1997 to 1998. He then established B C Sago Attorneys from 1999 to 2008. He was employed as the Legal Adviser for the City of Johannesburg from December 2008 until July 2019. Mr Sago has a cumulative legal experience of 22 years ranging from criminal litigation, civil litigation, labour law, divorce and family law, procurement law, public sector law, administrative law, prosecution of Road Accident Fund Claims, Claims against the Minister of Police, Public Liability Claims. Sago has extensive legal experience in public sector law including the provision of legal opinions, drafting of contracts, deal transactions. Sago is the registered debt collector and so is the firm and has experience in Revenue Management Systems, Revenue Value Chain as well as Debt collection having assisted its partners and clients in the collection of public sector and private sector debt.

Who we are
Sago BC Attorneys Incorporated (SBCA) was established in 1999 initially as a sole proprietor founded by Boitumelo Charlie Sago and was incorporated in August of 2019. Boitumelo Charlie Sago is both the chairman and managing director.
It should be mentioned that the managing director has public sector experience in that he was employed at the Local Government sphere for a period of ten years as a legal adviser at the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. The firm provides excellent quality services to its clients including public sector clients on a consultancy basis.
At SBC Attorneys we aim to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients through providing top quality legal services and advice at the highest possible standards. We offer unparalleled legal services timeously, enabling our clients to feel confident that we are looking after their legal needs at all times. Over and above the provision of legal services, we are registered debt collectors and strive at all times to provide efficient debt collection services to our clients as well as our partners in ensuring that defaulting customers and consumers meet their payment obligations towards creditors.

We have a trained call centre team managed by professionals who know what they are doing and are passionate about debt collection in particular and client and customer services in general.
Our Team
Tsebane is our friendly driver messenger cum administratrator in possession of an IT Systems Certificate. He provides support with regards to the delivery of notices and documents and is also responsible as a liason officer with our correspondent attorneys. Tsebane also does filing and ensures proper filing and documentation management for the firm.

Juliette is our gracious legal secretary. She holds a National Diploma in Legal Assistance. Juliette is skilled in minute taking, typing legal documents, file management, diary management and court file management. Juliette also handles administration related to Deceased Estate Matters. She also acts as a client liason officer for the firm and is responsible for stakeholder managment.

Nduvho is a candidate legal practitioner at SBCA. He obtained his LLB from the University of Venda. Nduvho is experienced in handling RAF, medical negligence, state liability, eviction and divorce matters. Nduvho is capable of effectively taking instructions and running clients files from inception to completition, conducting legal research, preparations of pleadings, enrolment of matters, preparation of trial bundles as well as civil litigation in both lower and higher courts.
